I stumbled across a Guylian Chocolate Cafe near the Sydney Opera House and decided to get some bars. This was the only dark chocolate bar they had.
This bar was very good. It was very dark and had a rich chocolate flavor, but other than that, it was kind of bland. There were no rich notes, and it wasn’t creamy like some Lindt dark chocolate bars. It was just a good dark bar. My co-workers liked it too, but they agreed it was nothing special.
I have only had one Guylian bar before, a sugar free one, and it was terrible, so this was a huge step up. I also got two milk chocolate bars because they had nuts in them, so I am looking forward to trying them soon.
