Because there was only one dark chocolate bar in the Guylian Cafe in Sydney, I bought a couple of milk chocolate bars too. This was the first one I tried.
This bar was good, which is saying a lot for a milk chocolate bar. It was very creamy, and its cacao content was in the 20% range, making it twice as rich as a Hershey bar. I liked the almonds too, which were roasted and crushed and spread evenly throughout the bar, adding a nice texture and crunch to every bite. I’m not a milk chocolate fan, but this bar was a nice change of pace from dark chocolate.
