I loved the Cocoa Parlor bar that my co-worker Charlie S. brought in to work that I went to Whole Foods and bought some more! Here’s what we tried next.
First off, let me just say that I love this label. It’s fun and colorful and makes the bar very distinctive. Second, Charlie’s bar was 80% cacao, and this one was 88%, so it was even darker and richer and less sweet. It had the same powdery aftertaste, so I could tell it was a related bar. Third and last, both of them were good, but in a pinch, I think I would go with the 88% bar, just to avoid the sugar.
I can’t wait to try the other two Cocoa Parlor bars I got!
