Robert gave me this bar from Seattle.
I have had this brand before, and like the other bars, the inside of the label was full of information about the chocolate, where it was from and who made it.
The bar itself was pretty good. There was a rich cacao flavor in the chocolate, and the caramel itself was represented by lots of little crunchy bits throughout the bar. I thought it was a little too sweet, and my co-workers agreed, thinking the caramel would have been better suited in a 70% cacao bar. Still, it disappeared quickly, so I think everyone liked it.
Update: this bar was my 1600th chocolate posted on this site! Wow, that is a lot of chocolate I have eaten since 1993!
