My publisher’s producer Shana B. brought these truffles to share from a chocolatier in Seattle.
There were so many flavors, but I gravitated to a dark chocolate one (of course).
I looked at the label on the bottom, just to confirm that these were made in Seattle. They were! Unfortunately, their cacao percentage was not listed.
I removed one of the truffles to try.
It was as good as it looked! The chocolate was nice and deep, and the caramel inside was soft enough to be gooey but not so soft that it was runny. I really enjoyed it.
